Supplyy is a brand owned and operated by Majesty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of placement
  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Locations: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India

No minimum order value required.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across eligible pincodes
  • Supplyy reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

We may cancel unverified COD orders to ensure smooth operations.

5. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept order

In such cases:

  • The order may be cancelled
  • For prepaid orders → refund will be processed after deduction of shipping/logistics costs
  • For COD orders → no refund applicable

6. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If a COD order is not accepted and returned to us:

  • The customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders
  • Future orders may be allowed only on prepaid basis

This helps us maintain fair usage and prevent misuse.

7. Serviceable Areas

  • We currently ship across India (PAN India)
  • In rare cases, certain remote locations may not be serviceable

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

9. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • High order volumes

Supplyy is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
