Refund policy

Supplyy is a brand owned and operated by Majesty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

We aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth experience. Due to the nature of consumable products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, fairness, and product integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacement requests in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

2. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must provide a clear unboxing video
The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
The request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Without valid video proof, we may not be able to process your request.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

The product has been opened or used
The request is made after 7 days of delivery
The product is not in original condition
The issue is based on personal preference (e.g., taste, results, etc.)

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided for eligible cases (damage or incorrect item)
Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible

We do not provide refunds for opened consumable products

5. Return Shipping

If the issue is verified (damaged or incorrect product),

In other cases (if approved exceptionally),
👉 Shipping costs may be borne by the customer

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original payment method
